Pivot Security Door

A conventional hinged door places its rotating point near the edge of the leaf. A pivot security door shifts that point inward, creating a distinctive opening movement and allowing the door to become a central architectural feature. This configuration is particularly suited to wide or tall residential entrances where a standard-sized door may look visually undersized.
