Wooden fire doors are doors made of flame-retardant wood or flame-retardant wood products for the door frame, door leaf frame, and door leaf panel. If the door leaf is filled with material, it should be filled with fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials that are non-toxic and harmless to the human body, and equipped with fire-resistant hardware fittings, resulting in a door with a certain fire resistance performance.

The overlap dimension between the door leaf and the door frame should not be less than 12mm; the clearance between the door leaf and the door frame on the hinge side should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings; the clearance between the door leaf and the door frame on the lock side should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings; the clearance between the door leaf and the top frame should not be greater than 3mm; the gap between the door leaves of double-leaf or multi-leaf doors should not be greater than 3mm; the clearance between the door leaf and the bottom frame or the ground should not be greater than 9mm; the gap between the contact surfaces of the door leaf and the door frame: the gap between the contact surfaces of the door leaf and the door frame on the hinge side, the lock side, and the top frame should not be greater than 3mm; the height difference between the door leaf and the door frame: on the opening surface of the fire door, the height difference between the door frame and the door leaf should not be greater than 1mm.

Wooden fire doors refer to doors made of wood or wood products for the door frame, door leaf frame, and door leaf panel, with a fire resistance limit that meets national standards. Even small deviations in wooden fire doors are unacceptable; a small detail can prevent the door from meeting national standards.
